SHIPPING
Most orders shipped UPS or FedEx ground service. (they CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes).
RUSH orders can be shipped by next day or second day air. (Alaska and HawaIi are air only).
Canadian orders are sent UPS or AIR MAIL except no C.O.D. service.
LARGE ITEMS - such as hoods, fenders, etc. must be sent by Roadway. Call for more information.
OUTSIDE U.SA. AND CANADA - No C.O.D. service available. We can ship your order anywhere via air freight prepaid or collect or by surface or air mail prepaid.

DAMAGE
If shipment is received in damaged, poor, opened or tampered with condition please note it at time of signature of receipt. Contact freight company for instructions and claim process. Retain ALL packing materials and carton in case of freight company inspection. Notify us if you need assistance. Every order is well packed to avoid damage.

Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller nether assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.

RETURN POLICY
We will not accept returns without prior approval.
All claims and returned goods MUST be accompanied by the invoice.
A 15% handling charge for all accepted parts returned.
No returns on used, electrical and special orders.
Freight charges are NOT refundable.
Send freight prepaid, no collect or C.O.D. returns accepted.

PLEASE NOTE
We make every effort to have the best prices and selection. Due to the nature of the collector car parts supply, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. With the ever increasing cost of steel, oil, and other raw materials prices are changing from manufacturers more often. We will hold your order up to 30 days if parts are back-ordered, unless instructed otherwise. To better supply our customers we reserve to right to limit or refuse sales to other dealers and/or part time vendors.
